Still figuring
it out.

I'm Kaustuv, a 16-year-old creative who lives at the intersection of films, design, and code. I believe that every story deserves to be told with passion and creativity.

I've been passionate about films and stories since my childhood. That passion led me to screenplay writing, filmmaking, and eventually to design and development.

I'm curious by nature and disciplined by practice. Whether I'm framing a shot, designing a poster, or writing a line of code, I bring the same obsessive attention to detail because the small things are usually the only things people remember.

What I Do

🎬

Filmmaking

From pre-production to the final color grade, I approach every film as a language. I direct, and I'm yet learning to operate the camera, always chasing the image that says more than words can.

✍️

Screenplay Writing

Structure is freedom. I write scripts that respect the craft. I prefer authentic dialogue, characters who carry contradiction and flaws. I've mostly written short films.

🎨

Graphic Design

Design is everything about creativity more than the tools. I prefer to see it that way and I always try to bring a little flare of my own creativity in my desings.

📷

Photography

I mostly document and shoot whats happening on the streets. I tend to look for stories and meaning in the photos I shoot.

💻

Coding

I build clean, performant web experiences from scratch. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python. I also have dived into the world of data analysis performing EDA on raw and messy data. I am proficient the tools like: numpy, pandas, scikit learn , matplotlib, opencv and many other python libraries. Looking forward to learn more about machine learning now.

How I Work

01

Research

Every idea starts with listening. I immerse myself in context, watching, reading, talking to people; before forming any opinion about what the work should be.

02

Ideation

I fill notebooks before opening any software. Rough sketches, structure diagrams, ideas on paper until they're strong enough to survive being built.

03

Writing

Whether it's a screenplay, a design brief, or a technical spec, writing is where thinking becomes concrete. I write to understand, not just to communicate.

04

Production

When the concept is solid, execution becomes flawless. I'm precise on set and precise in code because the best work comes from properly planned systems.

05

Editing

The edit is where everything earns its place. I cut ruthlessly, refine obsessively, and only call something finished when removing anything else would make it worse.

06

Delivery

I believe in releasing work into the world and letting it breathe then returning with fresh eyes to make it even better.
